Emotions
When most people think of dance, they focus mostly on the physical aspects, such as discipline, stamina, coordination, flexibility, strength, and balance. Whilst those are important in training, a key element that helps us stay focused throughout is emotions. This act aims to show the different emotions a person goes through when they are introduced to dance, from the beginning to a performance.
